Ioan Mathias
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Ioan is the co-founder of NATC. He holds a Level 3 Award in Education and Training and brings a passion for raising the standard of swimming education across South Wales. As MD, Ioan leads the development of NATC's swimming programmes, ensuring every child receives structured, high-quality tuition from a young age.
Sali Powell
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Sali is a co-founder of NATC and serves as Director of Operations. She has over 7 years of swimming experience and holds a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. As Director of Operations, she oversees day-to-day lesson delivery, maintains consistency across all venues, and ensures every family and child receives a professional, safe, and enjoyable swimming experience.

Vanessa
Swimming Teacher
Vanessa brings 9 years of swimming teaching experience to NATC, working with both Parent & Baby classes and children of all ages. Her gentle, patient approach helps little ones build water confidence from their very first splash, while her structured lessons help older children progress through the levels with a smile.
Eve
Swimming Teacher Assistant
Eve is the newest member of the NATC team and is excited to be starting her swimming teaching journey with us. As a Swimming Teacher Assistant, she is working alongside our qualified teachers to develop her skills and build her own experience in the water. Eve brings enthusiasm, a natural rapport with children, and a genuine passion for helping young swimmers feel confident and safe as they learn.
