Ioan Mathias
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Ioan is the founder and Managing Director of NATC. He holds a Level 3 Award in Education and Training and brings a passion for raising the standard of swimming education across South Wales. As MD, Ioan leads the development of NATC's swimming programmes, ensuring every child receives structured, high-quality tuition from a young age.
Sali Powell
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Sali is a co-founder of NATC and serves as Director of Operations. She has over 7 years of swimming experience and holds a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. As Director of Operations, she oversees day-to-day lesson delivery, maintains consistency across all venues, and ensures every family and child receives a professional, safe, and enjoyable swimming experience.

Expert-led swimming lessons for children of all ages and abilities, delivered across our South Wales locations. Small class sizes, qualified teachers, and a structured curriculum from first splash to advanced technique.
